This email is actually a pleasure for me to write as I received great service from your team the week before last. I am new to Porsche ownership and have a 1998 996 911 C2. As this is my second car, I am keen to keep it in as good condition as possible without breaking the bank. I noticed a really loud squeak coming from the drivers side front suspension so as I live in Higham Ferrers a quick Google search put me onto you. I called your team and spoke to Tony in the tech team. On the initial phone call Tony was very knowledgeable and we talked over a few points. On bringing the car to you Tony was great and allowed me to inspect underneath the car with him whilst he checked out the common failure points and luckily my car has none of them! This is great to hear after researching Porsche purchases online and most of the stories being doom and gloom about engine failures. The work was turned around quickly and at a very reasonable price for official Porsche parts. I will be using your services to keep this car serviced and to add some hopeful upgrades whilst I own it. I have also recommended you to a friend who owns a Maserati Granturismo S for his servicing needs as well after speaking with your really helpful & knowledgeable team on collecting my car on Saturday morning.'

'I purchased a 997 C2S from Dove House in July 2013. I travelled 150 miles from Lancashire to Northants to view the car. Harvey at Dove House provided a number of accurate photographs prior to the viewing and was upfront and honest throughout the viewing process. Unfortunately 8 weeks later it developed a minor issue with a rear light cluster, however the problem was fixed by my local Porsche specialist free of charge under the warranty that Dove House provided with the car. No hassle, very smooth experience from Dove House and when I had a problem they sorted it out quickly although I live 150 miles away from them.
