I have previously bought a car from Nick one year ago. Nick and also his team members (Simon and Chris) are all very courteous and friendly fellows. They are both knowledgeable about cars and enthusiastic about what they do. I can say for sure that they are 100% committed to helping you (genuine petrolheads) to find solutions. They can talk to you about cars all day (if you have as much knowledge as they do). And they will not push you into decisions. In my case, after buying my first car from Nick, I was going to buy a second car from Nick again. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I reached the showroom. But one year later, the owner sold the car back to Dove House. I called Nick immediately and asked to see the car. Nick gave the reassurance that the car had been well looked after, I wasted no time and decided to buy it. Nick was extremely helpful in arranging the trade-in and prepared my car for delivery in showroom conditions. Will be very happy doing business with Nick again.

I have been dealing with Dove house for a number of years both with the sale of a Bentley and a Porsche. The service I have received both in terms of purchasing the vehicles as well as after sales care has been second to none. On the servicing side once again I would recommend them fully. I only wish some of the main dealers of prestigious manufactures gave the same amount of care and enthusiasm. A very big thank you to both Simon and Nick.

Bought a 64 plate Porsche Cayman from Dove House Motor Company recently. From initial enquiry to collection, I received excellent service from both Simon and (in his absence) Nick. From the first contact with Dove House, I was truly impressed. Most discussion were done over the phone and a very good deal was arranged subject to viewing both cars. On arrival at Dove House I was met by Nick who proceeded to show me the Porsche 991 at it was exactly as "described on the tin". Nothing was too much trouble and it was rather rare to deal with a sales person who was both knowledgeable and courteous. Over all a great experience.

I work in an industry where customer service is paramount and, all too often, I experience service that makes you feel empty and frustrated. I have bought cars from you and I have 2 of my cars serviced by you and I have to say that the end to end service you offer is top notch. Some will read this and argue, wrongly, that this level of service comes at a cost as you are a prestige seller of vehicles and the service that I receive reflects this and I obviously pay over the odds for it.
