The firrst generation Porsche Cayenne was introduced to the UK in 2003 and instantly became the class leading SUV with blistering performance combined with unrivalled handling. It was face-lifted in 2008, the 'S' model getting an upgraded engine from a 4.5 V8 to a 4.8 V8 with this particular car being the first of the latter, producing a recorded 380 bhp.
